About Suicidal Wrestling Clash

SWC was birthed originally known as New Wave Wrestling by the founding members of Sic Ric, Quinn Carnage, and Focalin (Known then as Focalin) and additionally JP which in total completed the initial roster on July 23, 2007. In the later months, the federation became NWW Pittsburgh after Ric discovered that there was an existent federation with the same name. Eventually in 2009, it was ultimately changed to Suicidal Wrestling Clash.

Since the name switch, associations with Candlewood BackYard Wrestling, Indiana Championship Wrestling and KPW have developed helping to add more depth to their small and alternating roster with some outside wrestlers joining full time. In October 2009, SWC along with the aforementioned federation founded their alliance called REVIVAL, where members of each federation take a trip between Ohio, Indiana, and Pennsylvania for events. SWC members also attend various backyard wrestling shows and hosted a prominent recurring chronological supershow called Backyard Supremacy that ended with its fifth edition in 2010. SWC Ground Zero is also the federation's regular show.
