No? One is a reverse head spike the other is a spinning toss. The only thing you have control over is if they head bump or back bump, there's absolutely no way you can protect them

Idk I think you can kinda put your arm in protection of their head so that its not full force on the base. I'm sure there are some ways to protect them you just have to know how plus the person taking the move should already have some knowledge of how to protect themselves
