can i please have some points on how to take a canadian destoryer how i should land and take one that would be a great help.

Kinda hug thier legs with your arms... hook em nice and tight... then when they kinda do this up, down, up motion, throw your upper body up hard and fast and jump simultaneously... then just tuck your head like a mother fucker... That's really it...

When doing the move, for the love of everything, do NOT let go of the dude... Keep your arms around their waist the WHOLE time... Rockin. Goddamnit.

put in powerbomb position, have the guy taking it rap his arms around the back of ur legs, then jump at the same time the person taking it is the person basically executing the move so they do a backflip and the person doing it just frontflips when they backflip its actually a very easy move.

have them spread their legs as wide as possible and then just flip onto your head.

Watch him do a Destroyer... Craig always makes them look pretty decent, but Rockin always lets go and stick his hand out in front of him instead of straight flipping... granted... most of the time he's doing them on cement or off the top turnbuckle to the grass through a table or some shit... but still.... Haha.

I still mark for them... They've kinda gone out of style a little bit these days... There was a time that literally EVERY match had one in it... I wouldn't have been terribly surprised to see someone try it with fuckin' Kingpin... which would've ruled.... but now it's kinda thinned out. People got tired of it, tired of seeing it, so now there's really only a handful of guys doing it. Some doing it well, others not so much. I think the guys who don't do them so well make the guys who do look even better, then too... So I retract my previous statement... I don't mark for Canadian Destroyers... I mark for GOOD Canadian Destroyers...
