| So, your trainer said "go" instead of actually telling you how to do them? If that is the case, sounds like you need a new trainer... _____________________ |

There is no way to tell someone how to do a moonsault, or any "flip" for that matter. Most of the time it just takes one time to get the feel of it then you can do it. You can't tell someone how much they should push off, or how to rotate, its all something that has to come naturally |

Since its mostly mental anyway.
You cant think about it at all almost.
When you get ready to go you are gonna want to jump up and not back and follow it through like a roller coaster. Keep your back bent and use your arms to swing all your body weight around. its easier than you think. |

| Backflipping, or flipping in general, to me, is one of the easiest things ever. If you come to my show, Calaway, I bet you'll have done a backflip by the time you leave. |

Yes, you can tell someone how to flip. There is a proper way to do it. There is a proper way to bend, jump, and use your arms, and you should be spotted while learning. You don't just "go" or you will get hurt, like she did._____________________ |
