Not just the flips... it's how much control and balance they have, and how purely athletic they are. I never said they could go straight into it, but they'd definitely have a huge advantage on most.

it takes more than even being that athletic/in control of their body. having a mind for wrestling is way more important than the other stuff.

Yup, that was cool. I have a couple of friends who freerun but they're not a third as good as this. I haven't tried it, but I've always thought it looks like fun.

I wish I could. Well I've never really tried, but I am a quarterback, so I guess I can do anything if I put my mind to it.

Yeah, Assassin's Creed is fun. I hope Assassin's Creed 2 beefs up the runny-jumpy-climby stuff. They really should make a free running video game. Skateboarding games (oldschool ones where you could do ten-billion flips) and the freerunning in Assassin's Creed are fun fun -- an entire game devoted to the latter could be great.
