Last week was probably one of my favorites moments of my life with that being No Remorse 4. The only mistake about the moment was the fact that I wrestled with a back injury. Now I am totally regretting that I wrestled. Last Thursday I had an MRI done on my back and today I found out news that will forever change my life. I went to the doctor's today and found out my result for my MRI. I was told that I have the back of a 50 year old man. The bones in my spine are degenerating, meaning that they are getting smaller and also they are grinding on one another, I have a severe bulging disc which is pushing up against my Sciatic Nerve cause numbness in my right leg. I have a torn ligament on the right side of my back, and a bad case of arthritis in my lower back. The doctor told me that if I dont do anything to prevent further damage, I could lose all feeling from the waist down which would cause me to be paralyzed in the future. So as of today, I have called it quits for me as a backyard wrestler, and basically athlete in general.

I would just like to say thanks to everyone that I have got to work and to everyone that I have meet in this great recreation activity that we all love with a passion for doing. So as of now, Joe Randa the wrestler, is officially deceased. I feel that I have had a great run and done probably all that I could of done. There was still so many people that I would have loved to work. Joe Randa bids you all farewell as a wrestler.

I'm really sorry to hear about this Joe. But I kind of saw this coming when I talked to you last week. I'm just glad I got to chill with you at NR4 and watch your last matches live.

What are the chances of your back getting better now that you're done? And are you still going to work as E-1's general manager?

I don't know what to say...I'm speechless, shocked, sad, just that kind of person that feels for when shit happens. So honestly sorry about that Randa.

joe youre being a really smart guy right now, i'm glad. however, i'm so sorry that this had to happen to a guy so dedicated to wrestling like you. I really hope your back can get back to as near normal as possible so everyday life won't be a struggle.

Wow. This is shocking...
I, as well as everyone, am really sorry that your time as a backyard wrestler had to end like this.
This is making me question whether if I still want to do this because I have really took alot of back and neck bumps over the years.
