I should have known things would go wrong when i found out that DOZER had screwed us out of getting a good mattress to finish the base. So we tried to find everything we could to provide some sort of padding. The first match was horrible. Only one good move was executed and instead of going to the 12 minute range they only went about 6 minutes.

C-4 (who changed his name to Rampage Hopkins) left right after his match (the first one) telling us to call him when we "wanted to UFC fight". With his leaving, we no longer had a sound system because he took it with him.

El Luchador Diablo faced DOZER next and the match was one of the worst that both have ever done. DOZER didnt cooperate with Luchador and the finish was completely ruined along with everything else that was planned. Once again it was supposed to be a long match but only went about 7ish.

After that I just called a stop to the show. I couldnt let THAT be our first show on a base. I've heard that it is fairly easy to make the transition from trampoline to base, but I dont know how everyone in my fed will do it.

I'm very dissapointed in everyone right now and need some sort of direction in what I should do now.

yeah man... tell them to stop being pussies dude. ground wrestling is twice as hard as base. base wrestling is the best because u can actually sell and can actually execute moves well with cooperation. tell them to stop being lil girls, learn to bump and fucking wrestle lol but no i hope everything works out. i wish my fed had a base.

Yeah they all said that it wouldnt be that bad for them but when it was time to execute moves they were too afraid to do it. Plus the base was too small so it was hard to move around on. But thanks man I'll have to just call them out on the situation.

heres something that'll help. have them just back bump on it. thats how i got used to a base. just back bump on it, neck bump, head spike, stomach bump ect then they'll get used to it. practice moves like suplexs, ddts, the simple shiz. how many feet by feet was it???

your going though the same problem as I am right now. And I'm gonna call em out on it too. I'd follow Matt's advice for sure but don't give up on them. Give them some time to transition and get used to the base

I wish i could make it out to these feds its so simple to teach bumping and easy execution of basic moves

yeah xcal taught me how bump properly and i mean when u get it good u can bump on ground without it hurting a whole lot. i recommend having someone u know personally that knows how teach u or watch ric drasin's videos on youtube.

bottom line get off the tramp. make the base bigger and learn to bump properly and get used to it. its not difficult at all.

Yeah, well I will have a hard time transitioning to anyone since I had to wrestle c4 about frikin times in a row.

what does wrestling the same person over and over again have to do with anything??? u all just need to get together and chat about it and be constructive about it.

Its the fact that he is a way bigger guy and you get used to using certian moves on him that will get you buy and plus we havent wrestled since febuary anyways. And everytime I tried a move El luchador would dodge it so he wouldnt get hurt.

El luchador isnt. I just really think that we are rusty and instead of going over are matches we should have practiced. Thats just me. And Im gonna do anything possible for GWA to stay alive and possibly become elite.

Scotty has a true passion for wrestling. And im gonna do all I can to keep this goin for him. I think wrestling is the shizzz. but when it comes to Scotty its like his true love. And I know why. And Im not gonna let douche bags get in his way so Im gonna go out and recruit!
