Or lift them with the left and do the bomb on the right ?

Lift with the left. They should be on the left side of your body when you are lifting/spinning them or whatever.

I've mostly seen it the exact opposite way. Just think of it like they have you in a headlock, and you're kinda doing the move from that. So, they have you in the pit of their left arm, but their body is on your right. Same is done with backdrops and such

I would say the opposite: the guy taking the move should be on the right side of your body. It's the same setup as a back suplex, which starts that way (as it is a counter to a left-armed headlock or a clothesline thrown with the right).

Good points, hah. Didn't even think of it that way. Come to think of it.. I've always taken them on the right and never noticed. Whoops.

they should start on your right. which way u spin him is up to you. i can see the confusion but if we stick to our wrestling principles we should be fine. like for example...wheelbarrow bulldog, always throw the bulldog to your left. id say one of the hardest moves to call is a neckbreaker cuz there can be so many dif variations.

The closest thing to a Blue Thunder that I do, i guess would be my Regalbomb, which is locked like a regal suplex with me on their right, and I basically just switch my hands and the guy spins for me.

pick up on the right spin them towards the right. obviously.
