| I don't know if Iran would NEVER attack Israel. All it takes is one little thing that pushes the boulder over to get it rolling. I think a war between the US and China is eventually coming, and I think the last straw will be Taiwan. All Iran needs is a Middle Eastern Taiwan to fire the first bullet. You piss peoples off and they come at you, simple as that.

I'd go one step further and say something like that wouldn't even be necessary. Right now, seeing as the country is run by religious zealots bent on the destruction of the Jewish people, they would attack Israel the second they have any type of significant military advantage. They would assume that nuclear armed Pakistan, Russia, and China would scare off any potential retaliation. Regardless of how accurate that assumption is, which has yet to be seen. |
