I really don't think I'm in any pain at all from wrestling. Maybe like the day after but other than that...nope. I dunno. Fuck it.

Wrestling has never bothered me.
Tore my rotator cuff in football, but that'd be it.

Wasn't your original name Brain Damage? Ironic.

I don't really have any back or neck or muscle pain, this really seems to be the only thing I've noticed. It's certainly not permanent. By the way, I am otherwise in perfect health. No disorders, no chronic diseases, I eat VERY well, and walk almost everywhere I go. I weigh about 147 pounds, which is a perfectly healthy weight for someone my height who is not an athlete.

I find these injury stories a little pathetic and/or maybe just a tad fabricated? Seriously, this is the stuff I'd expect to hear from guys who have been in the business for decades, and here we are with people relatively new to all of this, some not even pro yet, and y'all are already dealing with reoccurring injuries. Not being cut out for this... probably an understatement.

Be wise and stop while you can, or break your neck taking a move from your homie and permanently ruin your life.

Adrenaline withdraws are extremely common for wrestlers. Especially if you are used to wrestling on a regular basis then stop. The cure is basically (like you said) is to exercise or get into another sport.

That must be why so many pros have a hard time retiring. It's not just emotionally draining, it's biologically challenging. Perhaps that's why The Rock got so jacked as he is now after leaving the WWE.

Or because actors don't get drug tested.

I've been jittery since I was a kid. My shaky hands have stopped due in part to working at a job where I lift heavy things all day and going to the shooting range. Weird.
