| the guy you wrestled was complete garbage. Everything was done on the right side, the finish (Low blow roll up) was done directly in front of the ref.
As for you, you were clearly the bigger stronger guy, use that to your advantage in the chain. Like when I was chaining with you at the Ludus, I didn't "out-chain" you per se - I used my strength to get from one hold to another, throwing in strikes to loosen you up and such. You're a bigger guy, albeit a very athletic big guy, but nonetheless a big guy, use size to your advantage when you can. When you do a scoop slam, slam them directly in front of you (head should land between your legs) not off to the side. On your Lionsault, use your hands when you're flipping backwards, it'll help propel you back and you'll get more height. When you're put/thrown in the corner, do NOT throw your arms over the rope. If someone does it for you, they are being a dick. Gives you no way to protect yourself or puff out your chest for chops (making a better sound and making them safer). Or being able to block punches, or if your opponent does a splash, bigger chance to break something. So NEVER throw your arms over the ropes like that. When doing chain, you want to get as close to the guy as possible to alleviate pressure (as if it was REAL) - the farther you get from the guy, the more the locked on move should hurt, and the less control you should have over the move (in an arm wringer/wrist lock situation at least). From the head lock those elbows to the stomach need to be HUGE. Bring your arms all the way up so that even the people in the nosebleed seats (if there were any) could see what you're doing. Could barely tell from the camera angle, and it was 4 feet away from you. Also, there should have been a cut-off there. It's like you guys decided "okay so I'll have all the heat in the beginning, you get all the shine for the second part of the match, then I'll cheat and win" - which doesn't make for a decent match at all. There's gotta be back and forth, not "i hit mine, then you hit yours" - that's not back and forth. it should be a constant struggle for control throughout the match. and if you're doing a "ref gets pulled out spot" the guy shouldn't be able to kick out in that situation, and has to trust his manager is gonna get it right.
sorry it's out of order a bit, but hope it helps. |

| Thank-you for the feedback bro.
To answer you, yes the guy i wrestled was complete trash. Thank god it was just me practicing. There was a cut off..i planned the match well but he ended up forgetting and i came up with the corner splash reversal on the fly. That wasnt the real ending and thats why he kicked out. His manager pulled the ref 2 mins early. That moonsault was the original cut off spot. He was suppose to distract me giving my opponent the advantage. Why i always end up wrestling some goons i dont know why LOL. But as for all of MY mess ups, thanks again bro and i will work on them! I was actually taught to put my arms over the ropes so hmm. Ill change it next match |

| Watch Randy Orton. He's a guy of your size and someone you should try and emulate more. Watch how he gets worked in the corner. That's the guy to emulate. With your size and build - Ziggler, Orton, Ryder, these are guys you should look up to emulating. ESPECIALLY Orton - guy will go down as the best in history by the time he's done. |

You know, you've thrown around that statement a LOT. But when he's gonna go up against guys like Benoit, Angle, HBK, and Austin, I really don't think Orton stands a chance at being the best in history.
Also, MATT YOU FINALLY WRESTLED SHIRTLESS! |

| I agree, if Orton would stop wrestling TODAY - he would NOT go down as the best ever, would just make it into the top 10. However, Randy Orton is only 31 years old. If he continues on the path he's been on, and wrestles a regular schedule for the next 10 years (assume 41 is the median age to slow down - Taker and Booker T are 46, Triple H is 42) then he will become the greatest of all time.
imo he's already better than Angle, Angle couldn't cut promos to save his life. Right now he's AT Austin form in Austin's heyday. Benoit is erased from WWE history, and the fans watching WWE from now to the next 10 years, are generally unaware of his existence (the kids to young teen years). HBK is his only real competition on the guys you listed, but with the off and on way that HBK performed throughout his career (taking off for 5 years, coming back, disappearing again after the nWo angle, etc), Orton has 10 years to over come those breaks. Remember - Orton was groomed FOR THIS BUSINESS. He was made to be the alpha male in WWE. He has been given everything necessary to go down as the best of all time. He will be there, easily. |

Did we watch the same Kurt Angle? Orton's better than Jericho? Guerrero? Angle himself? Austin? I'm an orton fan, but he is not the best ever and never will be. |

F'reals.
Also, if we wanna go with greatest of all time, I'd have to go super old school and say Frank Gotch or Lou Thesz. Not only were they on top of the world back when wrestling was legitimate and often saw 2 hour matches, the both of them were super influential for every generation since then. Without these two (and a few other guys, to be fair), wrestling probably wouldn't exist today in America. _____________________ | tonyficaccio wrote: | not badass is ao and bushleauge. |

| Marufuji maybe. Easily one of the best in Japan today, if not of all time. A guy who can wrestle both heavy and juniorweight styles, and a dude who has definitely made his presence known in NOAH, especially with his current position as Vice President.
But Chuck Palumbo? Really? _____________________ | tonyficaccio wrote: | not badass is ao and bushleauge. |
