Stiff Lariat too my face off the apron to the dirt where I landed head first from my match with The Pen Name at CCW Burn This City. Had a concussion, couldn't talk for 20 minutes & had a headache for the next 16 hours. Probably the least of anybody's pains on this thread, really.

Still dont know why it hurt so much, hurt when it happened but wasnt the WORST pain but after a few days it became the second worst pain in my life behind a severe toothache

Worst injury - Separated shoulder. I've always had bad shoulders, they've been popping in and out since I was a kid. I'm pretty sure there's a legit medical diagnosis for that but I've always been too damn lazy to get them looked at. But yeah eventually my left shoulder popped out too many times I guess, I bumped wrong on it and it completely separated. Now I'm stuck with this big 'ol bone sticking out of my shoulder.
Most painful - Like 6 years ago I went to hop off my trampoline and stubbed my pinky toe on the bar and broke it. I cried like a fucking bitch for a good 5 minutes. Fuck pinky toes.

i have the same problem with my shoulders. i usedto use it to freak people out by locking my hands behind my back and then bringing them around my head and back agean like a (jump rope), but now i cant move them even close to the normal range of motion. their called shoulder subluxations.

Also, Matt, you could easily have "loose capsules." That's what my cousin has. He dislocates them basically every time he falls. I dunno though I'm not a doctor.
