i hate hogan. I've always felt like he was popular for no reason at all. he never impressed me with his in-ring skills.....and god, he just won't go away. i just want him and flair to wrestle until they both have a heart attack and die....even though i can tolerate the nature boy.

I enjoy Flair and have way more respect for him than Hogan. Flair didn't want to retire at Mania 24, and Vince kind of cornered him to it because he didn't want him wrestling any more at his age. The only reason Flair is still in TNA is because he needs the money, but you don't see him hogging up the spot light like Hogan does. Flair has always put younger guys over, which something Hogan has barely ever done. I was legit pissed the fuck off when Hogan beat Orton at SummerSlam 2006. The fact that 50 something year old man who is half crippled beat a 26 year old in amazing shape is just complete bullshit.

Idk, I like Hogan. I know he isn't the best at all when it comes to ability, but I am just a fan of wrestling, I try to not watch it like a mark anymore. But yea, I don't watch TNA at all. Just can't. I like watching old Hogan stuff.

When it comes to his in-ring work, I enjoy most of his Japan work from the 80's and pretty much all of his heel/nWo work in WCW. Both of his matches with Rock we're pretty good, and I feel that his match with Michaels was his best match ever. But I dis-like Hogan as a person. I feel he's ego-maniac, who thinks the wrestling world owes him something. It's almost like kayfabe is his life. Hulk Hogan has always done what was best for Hulk Hogan.

I hate Hogan as a person, and never really cared for him as a wrestler, but I remember when Taker beat him up while he was riding that scooter, and I felt so bad for him. Lol.

Unless you guys actaully met Hogan, I don't see how any of you guys could hate him as a human being. You do not know him personally.

Why would you need to know someone personally to hate them? Your actions are what define you, and Hogan has committed plenty of foul actions behind the scenes of the wrestling world that a person could deem him as being a self-centered, asshole.

You don't KNOW him. You know what you read and what you hear. The guy may do this and that, but what if he is a super nice guy? You don't know if he is or not.

Maybe he is a super nice guy. I'm glad he can be nice to fans, but that doesn't mean I have to like him over all because of it. I dis-like how much a cancer he's been to wrestling. Sure he was a cornerstone in it going main stream and becoming what it is but Hulk Hogan legitimately thinks he is bigger than wrestling itself and that right there alone is a good reason for me not to care for him.

And going by the logic of him being a nice guy to fans, you know Adolph HItler was a nice guy to his own people. Obviously that's more extreme than Hogan, but you see my point?

If I was to ever meet Hogan in person. I would freak out. It's fucking Hulk Hogan. I could care less what his actions as of late if him as a person were, they do not affect my life in any way, shape or form. It's fuckin Hogan!

Hogan and Flair don't have shit on Jake Roberts. Back in the day no one was better than Jake. If the current crop in TNA or WWE had a guy that was like Roberts in his prime wrestling would be way more enjoyable. That being said, I enjoy watching Ziggler and Punk. I don't even know what night TNA comes on.

The mark in me died a long time ago. I still enjoy a good match, promo, or angle, but I don't get star-struck by wrestlers. In fact, I've never once asked a wrestler for an autograph. I view these guys for what they are - every day people who put on a show for entertainment, and I plan on working with these guys in the near future.
When it comes to Hogan, he's never done anything to me personally, but he's stood in the way of me enjoying the product countless times because of his huge ego and politicing. I didn't like him when I met hiim 1996 as an 8 year year old kid, and I certainly don't like him now.

I've only ever gotten three autographs (from wrestlers) - Evan Bourne at a Gamestop Manager's conference, Mick Foley after a training seminar, and Sabu after a training seminar. None of them did I have to go out of my way for. Person(s) I've marked out meeting the most - Kevin Bacon, Judah Friedlander, The Royal Shakespeare Company (In England - I marked out because they invited my friends and I to an after party that was just them and us, and a case of 150/bottle Pink Champagne (that's in pounds, not dollars)).
PS - Foley is the coolest guy ever and will just shoot the shit with you no matter who you are, fan, wrestler, promoter, 6 year old kid, doesn't matter. Truly the best PERSON I've met that never let fame get to his head.
