| Deppen, if you want to be cut, then it's low weight high reps. If you want to get big, high weight, low reps. If you want to big big and cut, do a little bit of both.
I'm not trying to knock this workout, but doing that much is honestly overkill. Over working your muscle's takes much longer to get results. |
