Close lat pull with rope 4 sets x 15,12,10,4
Wide Lat Pull down 2 sets x 15, 5
Biceps
Isolation straight bar curls 4 sets x 20 reps (LIGHT)
SUPER SET Cable bi curl into cable hammer curl 4 sets x 20 reps each
Straight bar curl 4 sets to failure
Dumbell alt curl 4 sets x 10,8,6,6
