Alot of ppl ask what i do for my workout routine so now ill try to post em


Warm up
5 min on stair master

Back

Wide Pullups x 100 (25x25x25x25)

T-Bar Rows 4 sets x 10,8,6,4 (HEAVY)

Close lat pull with rope 4 sets x 15,12,10,4

Wide Lat Pull down 2 sets x 15, 5

Biceps

Isolation straight bar curls 4 sets x 20 reps (LIGHT)

SUPER SET
Cable bi curl into cable hammer curl 4 sets x 20 reps each

Straight bar curl 4 sets to failure

Dumbell alt curl 4 sets x 10,8,6,6
