I just got finished watching the DVD & I'm interested if anyone else feels the same way about it as I do:

Every time Bret Hart says something, I believe him. Every time Shawn says something, it sounds like B.S.

I don't know if it's just they way they speak (Bret is very matter-of-fact, Shawn tends to manically ramble), but that's my opinion on the interview. Shawn seems very dodgy & claims that he doesn't remember stuff clearly whereas Bret never makes any such claims.

Thoughts?

I personally think the screw job was a complete work.

Think of it this way. Vince has taken beatings, big bumps and everything under the son for the WWE to gain that extra edge. So, what makes you think he won't take some spit in the face and a punch?

There's really no way to say for sure that it wasn't a work, just like there's now way to say for sure that it was. It's all speculation really. I still think it was a conspiracy by Vince McMahon to send to Russo to WCW so he could pretty much ruin it from within.

It was real, Jim Cornette's Shoot Interview of WWF Timeline of 1997 talks about Bret & Shawn's real heat they had with each other. They got in a real fight because Shawn mentioned Bret was having 'Sunny Days' in the WWF, his son's friend asked if Bret was cheating with Sunny.
Bret came back on the road, found Shawn in a bathroom & they fought, Bret pulled a big chunk of Shawn's hair out. Cornette was in a meeting room w/ Vince & other writer's. Shawn walked in & yelled, "This isnt a safe work environment for me!". And then he threw his chunk of hair on the ground.

I agree with you, Shawn is a liar.

The only reason Shawn has found God is because he's pissed so many people off that no more people will talk to him.
