Ha if this is even such a thing. I only believe in drinking on special occasions now, and I refuse to smoke weed unless it's strictly for medicinal use such as being in massive amounts of pain, and even then I would seek other, natural alternatives first. I've just decided that I want to be clean and healthy, and start taking care of my body better. Been working out and dieting good for two months now, and I've been completely sober for almost a month. This is best I've felt in 5 years. Most of you won't care but I'm happy and felt like sharing.

Although I'm edge, I agree with drinking on special occasions. It should be a social thing, not 'I've got nothing to do tonight but watch cable and pass out somewhere after 2:00 AM' thing. Good for you, dude.

Drinking really wasn't my issue. Barely drank this passed year. I did my majority of drinking in 2008/2009, then became a Pot Head. I experienced some harder drugs on and off in 2009/2010, and most of this year I've been a lazy stoner. Decided to get motivated and make fitness and wrestling my addictions.

I only drink on special occasions and never do drugs.

good for u dude...im a full fledged addict in every sense of the word...booze, drugs, anything i can take to get fucked up, i will...not a drink or drug ive done that i didnt LOVE and subsequently do entirely too much of..been in the process of recovery for a good while now- rehab, outpatient, AA/NA, the whole nine, and shits not easy nor is it fun..but yeah yo, i wish i couldv had a level head atop my shoulders like u do, u taking a step before any potential problems is highly commendable, and somethin to be proud of

I completely applaud you for this Shane. Takes a big man to be able to make a choice like that. It's good to get in shape, get fit, and most importantly to set a good example for your son. Looking forward to seeing you and the other FL guys next week.

To be honest, I drink way too much around you fucks. I hardly drink unless I'm at a show. Once a month I hit up a bar (usually after a wrestling show). If I go out for a non-wrestling social event (meeting up with the g/f's friends usually) I have like 3 beers at the most. Wrestling shows and being around wrestlers is the only time I get drunk nowadays. I live next to a beer/beverage store. 99% of what I buy in there is Monsters or Seltzer water. I've bought beer there like 3 times over the last year at most.

If I do drink anymore, it's usually just Whiskey and diet Coke. Perferablly Jack or Crown. I try to avoid beer because of all the calories, but plus it lowers testoterone while producing estrogen in the body.
