Official nominations will be announced on UWAElite.com, for voting, later that month.
The categories are as follow:
Wrestler of the Year: Which UWA Wrestler accomplished the most in 2011? Title wins, key victories, major accomplishments, involvement in high profile matches and feuds should be your major considerations when making your selections in this category.
Match of the Year: There were 191 matches in UWA Elite during the 2011 season, of those nearly 200 matches only one can reign supreme as match of the year!
Feud of the Year: Some wrestling feuds are personal... some are professional... and some are (literally) over spilled coffee, shampoo commercials, and stolen sandwiches. What you favorite UWA feud of 2011?
Tag Team of the Year: In 2011, UWA Elite went from having two tag teams on roster to being a certified tag team wrestling hotbed. Same criteria as Wrestler of the Year should be taken into consideration for this award.
Most Popular Wrestler of the Year: Who was your favorite "good guy" this year in UWA?
Most Hated Wrestler of the Year: Which wrestling villain do you love to hate?
Rookie of the Year: More than 25 wrestlers stepped into a UWA ring for the first time this past year. Who made the most of the opportunity and left an impression? Same criteria as Wrestler of the Year should be taken into consideration for this award.
Most Improved Wrestler of the Year: Which UWA star upped his game the most in 2011?
Show of the Year: Between Supercards, Allstarz, Action Zone, & Boiling Point UWA Elite put on over 50 shows this year. Which was the best of the best?
Best Interview: Who in UWA Elite is consistently the best on the microphone. Whose promos can inspire or infuriate you every week?
Most Shocking Moment of the Year NEW: What was the most shocking moment of 2011?
Holy %&^*& Move of the Year NEW: Which move, spot, or sequence inside the squared circle made you stand up and yell "Holy %&^*&!"
