It's obvious that the police did a piss poor job on investigating this case. Even with the evidence that was presented, there not enough evidence to prove Chris Benoit's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt in the court of law. Also, here's two little points right here that I find flawed in the whole story:

1. If Benoit had such bad brain damage for weeks leading up to this happening, do you not think some of his closest friends would have noticed and do you think he would have still been able to perform well in the ring like he was? I don't.

2. We know he had severe brain damage after the autopsy, but here's something no one has mentioned yet. When you die from a lack of oxygen, you're brain will have some serious damage. My Grandfather was recovering from cancer, and went into shock where he wasn't recieving oxygen for 7 minutes. By the time they recovered him, he only 10% brain activity left. Obviously if Benoit was hung, there would have been severe brain damage when they did the autopsy.

Benoit did not do it. I don't give a fug what anyone says.

Why would someone leave their house for an "emergency" the night he was going to win the title. What was the emergency? Maybe someone broke in their house, maybe someone killed them and benoit called them to see how they were and there was no answer?

If they say he did it. I want proof. Never disproved it.

I really wish I would have been on this site back when it happened. I would say all things like this, and the only person that listened to me at all about it was Cass. Everyone else would get pissed at me about it and ask me why I would defend a murdering bastard that killed his family.

I never thought Benoit did it. I will alwyas point the finger at Sullivan.

I'm not saying he didn't do it, I'm saying that there isn't 100% proof that he did.

When I see 100% proof, then I will beleive it. Until then, I am sticking to the not guilty side for Benoit.

And even if he is guilty, I'm still sticking to the fact that he was the fucking man in wrestling.

Chris Benoit was the best wrestler of all time.

Chris Benoit was NOT the best father and husband of all time.
