John Morrison is finishing up with WWE and his final date will be next Monday’s RAW Supershow.

Word going around is that TNA is very interested in bringing in Morrison and Melina as a couple. TNA is looking at making Morrison the star attraction of the X Division. There are early plans to have him feud with Austin Aries. No word yet if Morrison has spoke with TNA, directly or in-directly.

It’s said that Morrison wants out of WWE and the company wants him gone also.

If Morrison goes to TNA, he would have to use a different ring name as WWE owns the rights to the “John Morrison” name/gimmick.

Sounds like something right up TNA's ally. Someone who's a decent wrestler but cant cut a promo to save his life...and his whore girlfriend. Yup!

I read he doesn't want anything to do with wrestling for a while. So, TNA may be out of the picture.

I don't like the idea of him in TNA, but I like the idea of Morrison vs. Aries.

Can't believe WWE are really letting this guy go. I mean really? He meets their entertainment aspect well when it comes to showing off some of his athletic prowess. Granted, his promo skills are as rusty as an old kitchen spoon; however, he still is one of those guys they shouldn't be tossing just for people like Santino Marella to stay on board.

As for potentially signing with TNA, I don't see that happening at this point in time since he wants to focus on his acting career, but you can pretty much guarantee that when he decides to make a wrestling return, it will be with them. Him vs. Aries sounds like a nice idea to me and matches with Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin.

If you cant cut the slightest bit of a promo, you're hard to market. If you cant be marketed you cant make the company money...if you're not making em money you're useless

True Mike, but it wasn't as if they couldn't try harder to keep marketing him cause his athletic ability was highly amusing and plus he's got liability on his side. It's quite like Kofi. He's not very good on the mic but he is athletically entertaining and people like him so he stays around. I think they really just wanted to get rid of him especially after they had already jobbed him out (thanks Melina) before he could win the title. Unfortunate too, seeing how great his momentum was at the beginning of the year.

I heard he pissed someone off, most likely Vince, so he's not getting a push, just used. Doubt he'd go to TNA. I think he'd probably just do something else.

I like Morrison's abilities, definitely one of the most athletically talented guys on the roster, but Mike's right. If you can't cut a promo in this business, you're practically garbage. Kofi may not be great at it, but he's actually been improving at it over the past year. Morrison on the other hand has been flat-out terrible on the mic since he and Miz broke with no signs of improvement at all.

I remember reading somewhere that when WWE released Melina, Morrison was pissed and filed a complaint about her release. Since then, he started losing and failing at WWE life.
