| PA is most definitely Northeast. On some occasions it's even acceptable to consider it Midwest. But I have NEVER seen a reference to PA as a southern state. |

| Ive been to PA thats more of a hick town than Florida is. To be honest. Florida is more northeast than Pennsylvania is and BYW wise, PA is not northeast. Hence the 2 ESW's that were once established. |
