Guys, I have been really having a tough time as of late. I have be having anxiety attacks and stressing a lot over many things. At points I wanna say that I am depressed and other times, I think that I'm not. I don't know anymore. Like it's honestly hard to talk about but I feel that I need to let it out. Hey man, I know what you're talking about, I've gone through the same thing myself. It is a form of being depressed, not necessarily "depression" but not the point. Shit happens in life, you get all sorts of turned around mentally and emotionally. I was in a shitty job, (pro) wrestling wasn't picking up, and was feeling down and stressed a lot from work - Then i lost my job, and things seemed both better and worse, but now im struggling to find a job that pays as much as the unemployment I'm currently getting, which is starting to run out, and (pro) wrestling is picking up, but i destroyed my arm at a yard show and have been wrestling injured for a couple months now, but you know what? Shit gets better. Even if it's piece by piece, and doesn't seem quick enough, when it is better, it's better. Sometimes the best thing to do is talk about it, sometimes the best thing to do is keep yourself busy and work through it piece by piece.

I've been through a lot of what you mentioned, notably this past summer. You will be fine. I'm serious. Anytime you need to talk you have me and many others.

As cliche as this sounds, you just have to remain optimistic. Things always get better eventually. I've been where you are numerous times, at points where I actually thought there was nothin to look forward to for the rest of my life. Although I don't personally know you or the context of your current situation, it sounds to me like you're just in a funk. Just keep looking on the bright side and I assure you things will improve in time.
