I need to start drinking more beers... I am interested in doing this, but I need to try more things... I have had Sam Adams before and thought it tasted awful.. For some reason lately though I have been drinking more Whiskey and crazy shit other than beers..

Zeke, have you tried Sam Adams Octoberfest? Fucking amazing. You will have to wait until next year to try it, but I recommend it.

Nah, I actually always seem to miss the octoberfest beer, one i've been meaning to try though. I'll be looking for it next year though for sure.

Thanks Ryan, I appreciate people checking this out. Maybe even in hopes that it gets people thinking about beers like this when they had never done so before. So many people either get turned of immediately by beer when they have something shitty like a keystone light, or they either get in a funk of drinking said beers in large quantities. Just trying to show that there are more advanced tastes for your pallete out there.

Joe, the sam adams vary greatly, and there are certain ones i dont like as well. Some heavier beers are just not for certain people. Experiment around though, you might find something out there that you really have fun and enjoy drinking, rather than just drinking it, hating the taste, and getting drunk.

Best Sam Adams : October fest and Boston Lager
Worst Sam Adams: Winter Lager

Honorable mentions Sam Adams: Chocolate Bock.

I really want to try Cream Stout and this beer Sam Adams puts out every other year it's like 100 some dollars, it's in like this crazy container they passed it around at the brewery and smells absolutely amazing

I feel as though when I turn 21, I'm gonna try a lot of these beers. I really have no desire to drink just to get drunk. I'd rather just drink them and appreciate the taste of them

Good Mentality^

I do enjoy partying, so I can't say I never have fun getting drunk, but I think that MOST of my favorite times were just casually having a few good beers, letting it loosen me and other people up a little, and just talking, relaxing, and enjoying company.

Good wine is hard to come across. I've tried so many cheap ass shit wines and always had a bad experience with them.

Best thing about wine is all the underage kids think wine is so expensive because everyone associates wine with classy. In PA you can not find an expensive wine really in a state store (highest price is liek 30$) I end up ripping kids off when they ask for wine, it's a quick 20$ pay day for me.

I think it was the Winter Lager one.

Yea, I've tried winter lager, i didnt add it to my list because it wasn't a full beer, i didn't wanna finish it. Gross. bat balance of the hops and the nuts. Clove too. garbage.

Thinking about it, I've never enjoyed ANY winter seasonal of any brand. Just not my style.

You didn't finish one? Try having retarded friends that bought a 24 pack of it...... We finished it somehow.

Yea haha, gave the rest to my other friend. In my defense it was one of the first heavy beers I'd ever had. But really, I dislike it that much, I'm not sure how you got through a 24.

I missed a bunch of this, things i can add:

Worst Sam Adams: Wee-Heavy Scottish Ale. Literally one of the worst beers ive ever had.
Best: In my opinion the Cherry Wheat, delicious. Recently i noticed that the look of the cherry wheat had changed so we bought a 6 pack and it tasted different as well, i didnt like it as much as the last few times id had it but it still wasnt bad at all.

About the Yuengling, i havent had in in about a month actually, ive been all over the place with trying different beers i haven't had a nice yuenger in awhile but since i started drinking them and since the last time i had one i never saw a difference in taste, maybe i'll pick some up tomorrow and give it a try.

Im also going to do work on my list, give some input
