Where the fuck can I find padding? I got tires and plywood covered, but I have no idea where to find padding..

Look in the dumpsters of like furniture stores, places that sell carpets. There's gonna be carpet padding, usually, by the shitload.

Also check dumpsters and the local dump for ditched mattresses. Normally not hard to find.

just be patient my cousin had a stupid idea of going out and buying the carpet padding and blew like $100 it was a waste just be patient and pay attention go for walks a lot and when your driving around just keep an eye out for carpet padding
and then once you got all your padding youll notice that everyone starts throwing carpet padding out and youll be like wtf where was this when i needed carpet padding?!?!

Padding is like the easiest thing to find... If you dont find anything in the garbage, you could go to a store that sells carpets. If you ask they usually got some old ones that they can give you...
