Worst Movie you've ever seen in theaters: I would say Kazaam, but I liked that. Uhh. Halloween 2, or A Nightmare on Elm Street. the new ones obviously.
Worst movie ever: Hard Rock Zombies. So bad that it rules. Where else can you find a generic bad 80's band where the lead singer is trying to hook up with a 14 year old, and after the band busts out of jail, they get murdered by a weird family and turn into zombies, only to attack the family and turn them into zombies. Did I mention the family includes a Grandma who turns into a warewolf, two midgets, a hot chick with a thing for dead people, and the old guy rips his face off to reveal it was a mask and that he's really Adolf Hitler?

^If it's the same "The Ruins" that I'm thinking of, it never went to theaters, and it was fucking brutal... Then again, we could be thinking of totally different films. The one that I saw was easily one of the most terrifying films I've ever seen... and I've probably seen more films than most people on here...

My one friend has over 1600 horror movies. Legit. He just drops money on them like crazy. It helps that he makes about $10,000 a montb.
