| Yarding should be taken seriously, But not to the point where you make people feel unwelcomed in wrestling or at a website or something. It needs to be something we can all enjoy and love and grow together in. |

Didn't mean to ignore you, Lee. But Rad was making a generalization of the "old" group of yarders, where most of the ones that have been mainstays for the past few years are still around. Not saying some great yarders/feds have died. But not all of them as Hazard is assuming. |
Just messing with you man <3 |

| All I'm trying to get across with this post is that a lot of these fellas are going to the indys soon, so us newer and younger guys really need to step our games up, and if that means accepting criticism, then so be it.
I didn't expect this to blow up into some huge discussion and argument because I forgot to mention certain people when I grouped the younger and older fellas. Totally missing the point. |

Saying it and doing it are two different things. Actions speak louder than words. And all those other sayings apply here. Go out and do it is what I'm saying. Just talking about it isn't enough. All I was saying was act on your proposal. |

I think Barton does really well at shows, in my opinion. At SoD, Iowa were the only people who watched like every match and sure, they were in character and were dicks about it, but at least they watched. And i hung out with them all Saturday night and they were inviting and introduced themselves to guys, played football, hung out, etc. I especially think Barton, for one, really warmed up to me after actually metting me. We can come across different ways over the Internet, but in real life, I think most of these dudes are more respectful and generally nice._____________________ | tonyficaccio wrote: | not badass is ao and bushleauge. |

| ok so i have been around yarding for a long time now and granted not alot of people know who i am. I do know some things about getting shit on. I have had to work my way up to singles matches and for people to like me. Im all the time getting people telling me what i need to work on and you know what guys i actually work on what the tell me i need to. Im starting to drift away from yarding a focus on indys but it scares me at times to think that the new guys are the future of the yard and the just dont seem to care anymore. I know their are a few of you out their the will keep this alive. |

I've been told by a lot of people that they are retiring at the end of the year or mid-next year. I do not want to say names because some may not be announced and i know for a fact that a handful have decided against it after the thought. BWA/FWA in the midwest is gone in the fall. Shooter will be moving on along with many of his roster. ASPW and TKO in florida are going defunct at the end of the year (with possible return), as well as BWE in louisiana (stone hardy's guys). A handfull of CWW wrestler have attempted to move on, including going to ICW and NTDW. Many smaller feds have also died off this year. OWF in Cali (Robb Haize's guys). TTCW (Chris Segrest's guys) in Florida. ICW died and came back. ABW (Adrian Blaquehart's fed) in Colorado disappeared. NSW went from a weekly hour-long series to a bi-monthly mashing of people. 2XWS in Canada. Shawn Selby's fed RCW. EWA/TWF New Jersey Wrestler Mike Williams is retiring in the fall. Highly viewed UK feds Ultimate British Wrestling and KTW. One of the most popular federation in history (view count wise) GWC in Georgia (CJ Lennon's fed). FX is gone. JP is gone from SWC. Johnny Light has (from what i've heard) left ICW. New Omega Wrestling in California (The incredible ring fed with Andrew3000, Rebel and Matt Zion). The Lewiston Wrestling Federation in Idaho (John Leo Valentine, the Rizz and Nails fed) died in April. DC doom is out but will hopefully return. Prodigy's extremely tragic accident leaving him out of wrestling. Lee Andrews sadly took his amazing final bow and again there's a few things I can't comment on. All this happen this year. These were all fed that were around for over a year and for the most part were getting from 100 to (in a few cases) 600 views. I know most people don't care about these feds but some of them were the only feds in their state or even region, which leaves a lot of wrestlers "moving on" and so forth. The east coast is more than fine, but in the big picture, the rest of byw sees to be dwindling across the board. |

| I plan on doing some indys, not a lot, just to wrestle pretty much. I will stll be wrestling byw, but if I had to, I would choose byw over indy. Indy wrestling is totally lame. |

^ It's amazing to me that Brock Obama, someone that gets ripped on by all the supposedly 'top guys' of byw, is the ONLY one who understands. Iowin, and DWA in general, has ALWAYS been hated by certain cliques, and we gave up on trying to make them happy a long time ago. So we just started acting like assholes on the forum, because it's entertaining to us, and it got us over. But, if you ACTUALLY MEET US, we're very good people to hang out with. I've been saying this a lot lately, but nobody listens. It's not entirely a work, the things we say are usually what we mean, but it's exaggerated, we aren't bullies at shows.

| I remember when all of DWA shit on ICW cause of something that had to do with Xcal or something, it was funny. But I love me some DWA <3. I always take critism, and I know I'm not the best. But I always try my hardest, and that's all you can really do. |
