| So some of you may or may not know me. Assuming you watch ACW, FIWA and other Florida videos, my name is Shane. I was discussing this idea earlier today with Patrick(The Chad) about ACW hosting a rookie invitational show sometime in early 2011. I'd like to do it before than, but I think keeping the dates that far off will give people enough time to be able to come if they we're interested.
Now when I say "rookie invitational" please, no one take this offensively, nor take it as if I'm trying to say that I'm above any of you because that isn't the case. It's a well known fact that BYW has drastically dwindled down in the last two to three years now. Alot of people moved onto Indies, alot of people quit all together due to something called life. But there are plenty of up and coming talent that I see in new videos every day. I feel like we as Floridians have the ball now to run with as one of the top BYW feds in the country. I would love a chance for new up and coming yarders to be able to come a show where not only will there talent be showcased, but they will be garunteed to have an awesome time of hangouts.
And I wouldn't want this to be you guys traveling all the way here just to wrestle each other. Everyone would get bookings against Florida guys and I would also try to bring in some other BYW "vets" from other states to attend this.
