This video honestly could've been about 6 minutes shorter. There were a few pretty neat clips in there... but a lot was really slop. But ya know, ya gotta start somewhere, right? haha

I make fun of free running alot but since my friend jason does it and he has brought me along a couple times i thinks its alright. Not a big fan of it though.

I need to get out and film a new flip video... it's getting nice out... maybe I'll do that this week...

yeah we all used to be alot better. we havent done anything in like 6 months lol

some of that stuff was pretty sweet, like flipping over the ledge and stuff.

the week we made that video was my 1st week back in doing any kind of actual freerunning in 6 months... i think i already said that. but anywho hell yeah jason u, me, craig, devin and whoever else need to go when we have a supershow up in chicago.
