So I came up with this idea but I need to know if anyone is gonna care or follow it before I do it... I'm about a few weeks away from being cleared to go back to the gym and lift again, and I was considering posting up a journal here showing my progress to becoming bigger and better than I was pre-injury. This would also be considered my long road to becoming a Pro Wrestler.

I have my whole layout planned and it would be fun for those following along and giving encouraging comments and or constructive criticism (with reps being handed out ). I've done this once before and it went great. Not exactly sure WHEN I will start this, but would anybody be interested in it?

An online workout journal doesnt sound like a bad idea. Might work better as a blog though, and just post an updated Link to it every night before bed or something like that.

Idk, maybe i should do something like this to chart myself. It's really not a bad idea.

You should do it man, it's a pretty good way to keep track of your progressions. 6 months in, you could look back on your 1st month and be like, that shit was nothing lol.

this seems like a good idea cuz ive been really sick for alittle over a month now and it hitt me hard i lost weight and i still cant do anything physical and im still resting we havnt wrestled in forever

so i do need to get back into shape once i kno im 100% back to normal i have no voice and my throat is very dry so whenever i run or do anything active it gets relle dry and i start coughing and throwing up
i used to go to the gym whenever i could and run for a half hour i used to do 50 pushups, 100 situps and 80 chin ups every night before bed but i stoped becuz of my sickness
i think i might do this idea and keep a personal journel

Thanks everyone for the support, appreciate it.. You guys should def do one, I encourage it. It helps out a lot, if you brahs need help/advice/encouragement hit me up. And that sucks Johnny, hope you get better soon man. I remember being sick for 2 weeks, I was ready to kill myself, can't imagine a month.
