yes i agree here, i think he deserves one chance, but that's it. You should think of this as probation like ric said before, one screw up and hes banned for good.

Have to agree with this. Couture has ignored chances to bring himself up properly, and has been banned about two times. I say three strikes and you're out. Hmm I never taken couture too seriously. Admitted I never read his posts much, but from what I have read it is normally a bunch of silliness and nothing too serious to be offended about. Unless I missed something?
